I often need to stop mine automatic production of something...

I also need to stop delivering goods to logistic chests....
I dont want to destroy it or cut off from the electricity, I need button to turn chest off

What do u guys think?

Use smart inserters and combinators.

I see the need for this. Let's assume you want to build some speed-modules-3.

Each modules costs about 5800 copper ore and 3130 iron ore. And much more of course...

The default request size for speed-module-3 is 10 (I think). So you need to multiply that with 10. This is really much stuff.

Because of that it makes sense to request that kind of thing only, when really needed. I suggest like so:

With 0.13 we can control many entities. A requester chest can then be controlled in the same way and it simply reflects all input signals as a request into the logistic network. If there is no input signal, then there is no request.
Simple.
