In 8.x when you hold shift and place example logical inserter or requester container... It copy all previous settings... Green, red cable etc. In 9.0 this functionality doesn't work or I don't know how to use it... Meaby key change?

This is not a bug. The shift build was replaced by more convenient shift "copy / paste" mechanism. When pressing shift + right you select a machine from which to copy the settings and shift + left pastes those settings to another machine of the same type (i.e. the assembling machine). When holding the shift and hovering over the machine you will see a green rectangle around the machine that the settings would be copied from for this type.
