Steam Factorio won't launch

I have been playing Factorio for a while with my friends on steam. Unforunately, one night when we were going to play the game, my game decided to not be able to launch. When I hit launch, steam says it's launching the game, but a tab never opens. When I check my task manager, the process is there but only for a few seconds, and has only 224 K memory being used. I am on a windows 7, 64bit PC, and am willing to provide more info. The thing is I don't know if this log is accurate, because from what I can tell it shows the last time factorio worked and when my friends join. When I start it there is no error, and I'm not sure the logs updated.

If the problem is still happening (or happens again), post a log file.

You can find it here:
For Windows: %appdata%\Factorio (usually C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Factorio)

There are two log files: factorio-current.log (from the current/last time Factorio ran) and factorio-previous.log (the log file before that). So if you already started Factorio without problems the last two times, there won't be any errors logged anymore.
