Time to combat massive amounts of incoming spam.

With the popularity of Factorio rising day by day, I think new security measures needs to be added to prevent spam bots from being able to register and post unwanted... well.. spam, The moderators do remove them which is greatly appreciated, but I think it would be much more efficient if added security for registering were put up to prevent any unnecessary spam bots from registering in the forums.
