So read a bunch of stuff online and was hyped to check this game out. Bought it on Steam, downloaded it, and tried to play it. All of the text comes out garbled like so:

I can resize the window to full screen and back to fix the fonts on the menus, but this trick does not work at all when trying to play the main game at all. Also cannot seem to find a log file to help give more information.

Please help. I would love to try playing the game, but currently cannot.

Set the launch options to "--force-d3d".
To do so, right click on the game in your library, then select properties, then set launch options.
