Looking for train lovers

Goal
Build a megabase supplied by a rail network that pumps out tons of rocket parts.
Principles
- Trains > Belts > Bots
- Coal > Solar
Constraints
- Rail network must be left-handed
- Trains must be dual headed
- Must use coal powered steel furnaces
- Must use steam engines as primary power source
Server Details
Host - Post in thread and I'll PM you the IP
Location - Los Angeles
Version - 0.12.30
Language - English
The server can be moved depending on where people are located.
Mods
I'm open to mod suggestions. Here's what's currently on the server.
As a convenience, the mods can be downloaded from the server's
mod mirror as well as the
saves.

We're up and running, making rocket parts at a very low rate.
The ore in the middle of the base is quite annoying!

so guys i see you are all train lover in factorio is there a way one of you pros at this could give this noob some tipps while in game cuz i just cant get it right and i really am getting fed up whit this i just want to get the trains running but it never works like it needs to i am also making a base to produce rockets and orbital cannons but because i can never get enough resourches in my factory it i always have moments of handcrafting etc if someone would please join me that would be a major help
