Non-OP Cargo Loader for Trains

TL;DR: New type of train car, can only carry raw resources, such as ores. It would have more capacity than a regular cargo car. New entity, can load/unload items from this car very quickly.
*Note: I use the word loader entity, but I am not referring to the loader in FFF #128. This is similar, but much less overpowered in my opinion.

The new entity: It is two tiles long, and is attached at one end to a chest or conveyor belt.
The new train car: It has more capacity than a regular cargo car since it can only carry very basic resources. When it is positioned under one of the loaders, the loader would then fill it with whatever resource fairly quickly. The car can be unloaded from the bottom with the same entity placed the opposite way around: This is similar to how actual ore cars in real life are designed to work: As stated before, the ore-carrying car can only carry very basic resources. Examples of this would be sulfur, coal, stone, copper ore and iron ore. I am uncertain whether or not multiple resources should be allowed in the same cargo car.
