Why mods don't work?

I have Factorio version - 0.12.3 and recently i downloaded mods for this version from this topic:
viewtopic.php?f=96&t=20900
I installed everything according to instructions and when i turn on the game and I click MODS i have red alerts (photo below)
What should I do?

The AlvaMod is missing Dependencies (bobplates etc) as long as you don't have them it won't load, even with the latest Factorio version.

I dowloaded new mods
everything works, but one doesn't works still, how to fix it?

Apparently, you look for the red text in dependencies and download those.
