Rails Wont Cross

My rails won't cross on my new save, completely messing up my ability to do T-Junctions. I've added an image that shows how they are behaving. Any ideas why this is happening? Only Curves cross over.

you need to actually connect the tracks together

You are using
Logistics Railway, you need to update the mod to the current version.

Fixed an issue which was causing vanilla straight rails to be unable to cross each other.
