[0.12.29] last inserter in third wagon does no longer work

Last inserter for train with one locomotive and 3 wagons does no longer work.
Probably introduced in 0.12.27 in
fix for cargo wagon inserter input output inconsistency (19604). Was working fine in 0.12.26.
Inserter that inserts into the wagon works fine.

This is a minor issue that will be fixed in 0.13 by some changes to trains.
So it will wait for now, unless it's causing some major gameplay problems.

It is not big issue, however station designs that used to work now no longer work and if 0.13 is planned to be released in ~2 months...
It seems to me to be effectively the same bug which was supposed to be fixed in 0.12.27 - inserter can insert items into the wagon, but at the same position it cannot take items from the wagon.

I would recommend the 8L train project mod. You will need to place trains again and adjust stations but makes inserters much more predictable.

orzelek, as a general rule I don't play with mods - they often break things and often look unprofessional.
