[0.12.27] [cube] Map String Inconsistancies

There seems to be a Inconsistancy problem with Terrain segmentation and water settings:
Pretty bad change for me as a speedrunner ;)

I don't think they guarantee consistent map exchange strings.

It seems to give the same map after you fix the segmentation and water level.

Not for me. Even if I vary the terrain segmentation and water size between low and high and i save the map and look for the map string, THEY ARE IDENTICAL. So the new patch doesn't seem to take those options into account anymore

Thanks for the report. The segmentation and water size wasn't being applied correctly. Generating a new map with that exchange string in 0.12.27 looks identical to what it did in 0.12.26 so this is fixed for 0.12.28.
