If you only have traffic in one direction (a must for the main network) then you don't need the double signals.

Also are there signals further down the line on the right side? If not then the train won't enter into it until there is no train in the entire block.

could you upload the save file? Makes it a little bit easier to help

Add signals further East (and on the other branches)

The signals are block based, meaning that they only allow a single train into any one block. Unless I'm mistaken each of the branches is exactly a single block.

Also as a general rule, only use real signals on the exits to the intersection/roundabout, use chain signals at the entrances and inside it. This way a train will never enter the roundabout unless it can also leave it.

The reason the one inside the roundabout can't leave is because the rail going east has a red signal, so there's a train on that block someplace. If these are the only 3 trains you have, then it means the whole section to east must have no signals and thus is a single giant block, meaning the train waiting to enter the roundabout from the east is already in that block, and preventing the train in the roundabout from leaving.

A block is any section of rails between two signals when you travel along a path, and only 1 train can be in any block at a time.

You can either place rail signals where I marked with red - it's the simplest and not-so-good-in-the-longterm solution

OR

You can replace the blue marked signals with Chain Signals - that way this kind of problems will not happen ever again :)
(you would then of course need to manually unload this junction, but after that it should be fine)

EDIT: Fixed the image. Place Chain Signals where I marked with red and blue and it should be working =)

PS.:
Tak poza tym, pozdrowienia z Podkarpacia ;)

red solution still won't work because it doesn't actually divide the roundabout into blocks so it'll just be flashing, you need another signal at the other side of the roundabout at least

Oh, you're right... I'll fix the image...
