Won't load

I bought Factorio Yesterday and I was very excited to play it but I never got to play it because The loading ALWAYS stops at 89% even though my computers specs. are WAY over the minimal requirements for factorio. I really want to play this game so please respond so I can see if I can play the Game.
ALSO, the game Demo works perfectly fine on my computer.

Is there a log file generated that you can post? Look in:
%appdata%\AppData\Roaming\Factorio
for factorio-current.log

Assuming you have your graphics card is AMD Radeon and you bought the game on Steam - set launch options in Steam to
Code: Select all
--force-d3d --max-texture-size=4096

My game wont load to start menu, it takes ages and i just got the game on steam, i have tried the launch options, its only on my laptop it dosent work

Post the log file contents so we can help you. Log file should be %appdata%\AppData\Roaming\Factorio\factorio-current.log
