[0.8.8] Electric network info bigger than window

As you can see the electric network information screen does not fit in the default window size. It does fit if the window is maximized. My screen resolution is 1366x768.

This is strange, as the default window size is 1280X720.

Oh, I just found out, there is a condition, to make the window 1000X650 for screen with less height than 899 pixels

I changed the default size to be bigger for this resolution, but when the window is smaller, it will just not fit.
