Possible to show another view/window on screen?

Hi all,
Apologies if this has been asked before, I didn't find anything searching. I'm unsure of the extent that's currently possible to be done to the game with the current tooling. Is it possible to display another view of the world in a small window over-layed on the game screen? Similar to like how the minimap looks, except it shows a different portion of the world/map maybe for example?
