Hello

I want to make my server a PvP server

And for seeking the settings

You can do this by using the PvP Scenarios or the EasyPvP mod.
The upside of the scenarios is that the players don't have to install a mod.

You can also make your own scenarios or change a game to PvP using the console commands explained here: https://wiki.factorio.com/index.php?title=Lua/Force
