[pending] Friend's computer simply crashes at Start

When game runs this error pops up, tried compatibility mode and admin mode with no difference, please help.
-No log was generated to help with problem, I do have a screenshot however.

Can you say more about your PC specs ?
OS version & SP, GPU, VRAM RAM, ...

Sometimes something makes the game crash very early before logging is enabled.
There were reports sometimes an antivirus makes the game crash like this:

In either way, it would be useful for us if your friend could post Report.wer here. It should be located in one of the folders starting with
AppCrash_Factorio.exe_ in
%localappdata%\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive\
(for example
C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive\AppCrash_Factorio.exe_4c56fc92865f3fd3dc298cb35e6637026807e7d_5249c762_cab_412ac45a)
