steam fail to load

hey i just used my free steam key from being on the pre steam build and when i try and load it i get the issue thats show in the attached image ive tried to delete and reinstal the game 3 times
ive deleted all old versions of factorio as well incase that was the issue

You still have old mods installed in the Application directory, %appdata%\Factorio\mods
(usually C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Factorio\mods).
Remove them or update them to the current version.

thank u this has fixed it do i place the new mods in the same folder that i just deleted the mods from if i choose to reinstall them

Yes, because the mods folder is the same for steam and website version.
