Multiplayer Destroys my Internet.

When ever I launch the game into Multiplayer, my ping launches from 63ms to about 1500ms and climbs rapidly.
The game is 100% properly installed, running the steam version. I did play before without any problem, but now it's to the point where it disconnects me from my internet.
Tried re-installing, tried restarting router, my friends have messed around with the settings of the server, we have no idea.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: I've figured it out to be that when a third person joins, it occurs.

Do you have a log or something that could help diagnose ?
On a new or an old map ? anu mods ?

Tried several different maps, doesn't seem to make a difference.
I don't think an error log would really help, but if you could tell me how to get one I could send it here.

There isn't a Application Directory there for me to find log file.

You're hiding your file extensions. factorio-previous and factorio-current
are the aformentionned logs
