Got a problem with a membership

So, i contributed on indiegogo in 2013, but my status said that i got free tester membership and can't claim a steam key :c (What can i do? :C, i really want a steam key :C)

Even back then you could tell this game was going places. For $10 I got at least 150 hours of gameplay over multiple versions and soon to be more since I can get my friends into this now.
Now to look forward to the first expansion: Factorio - The biters strike back
