So I have the furnace attendant perk. Just got my steam key. Will I acquire this "perk" as a DLC on Steam, or how do you intend to go about this? What do I have to do?
From what I can see, the Factorio that I have on steam looks no different from the normal thing, so either I am missing something here, or the perk didn't transmit over.

The only perk specific to furnace attendant was the scenario pack, which are now included in the base game.

Edit: See also latest FFF. Currently there is no real difference between people who bought Transport Belt Repairman and those who opted for Furnace Attendant, but they are still considering whether so offer some sort of recognition.

Ah. Well then, now I know.
Good to know. We'll see how things pan out.

You know, I think developers should gift the soundtrack, since the maps are now in the base game. Least some compensation for that

Don't forget the soundtrack was made by someone who's not in the dev team :

I'm pretty sure he gets paid when people buy the soundtrack.

Yes. Royalties are paid from every sold copy of the soundtrack.
