Wrong ramming physics

This bug is very simple but very painful. When you destroy something by ramming, amount of damage you get equals to the max health of the rammed entity instead of remaining health.
1. Get a car and find a rock.
2. Damage rock with any weapon (leave about 5%) 3. Ram it with your car.
4. Get 200 damage (Okay, not 200 as damage is reduced by armor but it's too much anyway) Yes, i do use mods but i've checked it on vanilla 0.11.22 and nothing changed.
