[0.12.22] Factorio loading placement bug

Full screen off in Graphics settings.
When loading the game it always starts up like this when not in full screen mode(this is not the bug)
After maximising the window the loading bar isn't centered(this is the bug)
Windows 7
Factorio 0.12.22
Full screen: Off

This is a minor issue that doesn't affect gameplay.
When I start Factorio it starts windowed, when I press the maximize button the window will become full screen but the loading bar and logo don't stay centered.
After the loading is done everything is correctly adjusted to the new resolution.

@OP : BTW what made your initial bug report get into "known issues" ? Was it really moved here by a moderator, or did you create it directly here ?
I'm asking because I can't reproduce it on my computer, and I was wondering.

Koub: directly from the thread, go to MCP --> Moderator logs --> Topic logs (on the left side)
posila moved it here from the Bug Reports.
I've had the same happen to me on my PC when playing with different (I think lower) graphics settings, so it's probably related to that.
