Im getting this error when trying to start the game up for the first time.

I have tried uninstalling( then deleting the game folders off the HD) then running the Setup_Factorio_x64_0.12.20.exe file again with no change.

Just to point out there is no prototypes folder in lualib after install:

Go to %appdata%\Factorio and delete the mods folder.

Yes, it is the mod error, when you delete the mods, as stated above, it will work properly.

Confirmed, all works now after removing that folder and re-installing.
