[0.12.19] [posila] Production/Electric windows resetting position

When you open the Production window (by pressing P) or the Electric network info (by clicking on a pole) and then drag the opened window, it will reset its position after some time.
This is somehow related to the graph time (5s|1m|10m|1h|10h|50h) because it happens more often with shorter intervals, and every few seconds with the setting on 5s.
Also changing this graph time results in immediate centering of the window.
I know that reopening these windows always opens them centered (and I like that behaviour), but an already open window shouldn't change its position after a few seconds.
