I had this for about a week now, searching through my updates/graphics/drivers seeing if that were the case, no luck. I also uninstalled the game with no luck. I do have a win 10 computer, although it was working 2 days after I installed win 10 (64 bit) on my system. Any ideas?

Updating it to 0.12.19 fixed the issue.

AMD GPU? Try >=0.12.17.

Issue fixed

The 0.12.19 version fixed the discoloration. Works now, Thanks.
