Hello

I just downloaded 12.18 today and was playing through for about an hour. At some point I crashed and each time I load the autosave or a different save I made right after I will crash in about 20 seconds.

Here is the log file. System:
Win7 x64, 16 RAM, 32 Virtual, 25 Page, Sapphire Radeon R9 285 2GB GDDR5 (latest drivers)

Let me know if anything else is needed!

The save would be nice.

Argh I cannot pm. I am using it for a yt play through and didn't want to post it. Maybe that is ridiculous? Idk, if I can pm you a link to the file that would be great but if not I will post it here

I tried to load a save, I can walk around of like 5-30secs and than bam unexpected error.

Who knows. But this'll just keep crashing and kovarex wanted this to be a stable candidate, so… Soon, probably.

Apparently I searched too late. I too seem to have this bug.

For those who find their way here and want to keep playing despite the bug:
As evident from the log it has something to do with biter group AI. In my world it always happens when a larger group of biters swarms a turret and manages to destroy it. My “workaround” so far has been this:

1. Save a lot, save incrementally (i.e. cycle through multiple save files each at least a minute apart in progress). Easiest way to do it is by setting a low autosave delay
2. When a crash happens restart (duh), figure out where the attack came from and make sure to fortify that spot to the point where the incomming biters no longer manage to destroy anything.
