When fast-replacing a long line of transport belts, FPS drops to 40 (usually 60) and significant stuttering occurs. Didn't stutter in 12.9.
To reproduce: put down a bunch of transport belts, and replace them with faster ones.

Windows 10 64x
8GB RAM
GeForce GT 740 4GB
i5-4440 3.1GHz

disable all of the mods and try again

Yes I bet my shoes on some mod as well.

Was isolated down to The Fat Controller causing this, for whatever possible reason. Left a report on TFC thread.
