XL Underground Belts

Can we get extra long underground belts? I am fine with them costing more I just need belts long enough to pass under a curved rail track to deliver an endless supply of ammo to my turrent wall. They would also be very useful in many layouts and for passing under overly thick walls normal underground belts just cannot work for.

Hmmm. I thought underground belt is long enough for curved tracks?

I thought that sometimes too, but found always a solution.

On the other hand: an underground belt with an fixed length of a chunk (32 tiles) is eventually a good idea, if this can only be placed between the chunk borders. This prefers points at the borders of this chunk-raster and that is eventually a good game-element, if we have other elements, which do that too.

For example an ultra-speed belt, which is also 32 tiles long and could also be placed only between chunk-borders. Or some sensors (infrared/biter) works only for whole chunks (can be placed only in the center of a chunk). Or streets. Hm.

Streets is an interesting point! What if we can built streets only chunk-wise? This makes them much easier to handle and routing is also much easier then.
