Devs, you forget something

Hello Devs.
i just reinstalled windows on my pc, and one of the first games.... factorio !
so i started the game just once befor adding my save backup and mod backups...
when i notesed that you have forgot or overlooked 1 tiny thing...
its not a bug, maby graphix thing...
but when i started the game for the first time i obviosly got the list of TIPS
these are seriusly OUT OF DATE like...v0.3.x or something !!
please do not forget to update these on the v13.x
cant wait for the 13 release !! i want to go so space
