[0.12.11] crash on exit from migrated save game

loaded a save from 0.12.9 into 0.12.11, it ran fine, when i exited the map it came up with an error, shortly followed by another error and a crash

Is it reproducible?
This seems strange:

31.043 Warning FileUtil.cpp:247: C:/Factorio_0.12.11\temp\currently-playing\locale\ru\freeplay.cfg was read only, the read only flag had to be removed so it can be deleted.
Do you still have the file there? Isn't the file undeletable for some reason?

Yes i was able to reproduce it
I am using mods but i dont think they should cause anything to error out like this, i will try without any mods enabled and see if it happens
the read-only file seems to dissapear after the error, i will try to catch it mid error next time

I've been trying again, and with all vanilla, no mods, it doesn't crash out with any error loading the saves and exiting them.
However as soon as i loaded up with mods enabled i was able to reproduce the crash.
Heres a screenshot of when the error happened again, and i navigated to the directory and found nothing out of the ordinary
and log file attached
EDIT: I forgot to mention i tested again but with version 0.12.12, and had the two results posted as replies, the initial error occurred in 0.12.11

I tried to reproduce the problem (loaded the save you provided with the mods you provided and exited several times).
Nothing happened everything seemed to work properly.
Does it happen every time?

It doesn't happen every time, and i just tried now and couldn't reproduce it.
Perhaps it was an interaction with an anti-virus or something.
This zip version download has been acting really weird for me though, i may try re-downloading regardless
