Can't access campaigns

Everytime I start the game I can't see the campaigns.
This is what I see.
I checked the program files and the campaigns are there. I'm running v .11.22 x64
I've uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times. I've tried previous and successive versions (.10.12 and .12.10).
Here is the log:
