While running around the map.
In the background trains moving, productions running - the usual stuff - nothing out of the ordinary ASAICS.

Are you using any video overlay type programs? Perhaps something to record the game or show FPS/stream?

The crash log is showing something's hooked into the display and it's crashing on that.

The only overlay I'm using is the OSD from MSI Afterburner. It is however usually hidden and does not draw to the screen.

Try setting the force-opengl option, it is slower, but it should fix the problems with amd cards.
