[0.12.9] Screen is blinking

Every 20 seconds the screen is blinking and I see black screen for 0.3 seconds.
I had no issue in 0.12.8
I had no issue in 0.12.8
Duplicate report friend. I assume it's MP it's the new dimming feature added during wait time is blinks:
