Maybe ruins of old players that lost cause of raids from the bugs and you could scavenge for starter games thing in chest but slight chance that the bugs might be there still

Maybe. I do think that it would be interesting to try to incorporate these "relic" factories into your starter factory. plus, having factories like these would increase the reward from exploring.
On the downside though, this feature would take a VERY long time to incorporate, and I would rather the dev team to spend their time on their current backlog
