Underground Pipeline Directions/U.T.B.D./T.B.D

(U.T.B.D.: 'Underground Transport Belt Direction'. I used this so the topic title wasn't so big.) I have searched and searched, but cannot find a topic about P.D. & U.T.B.D. I would like to suggest diagonal directions for Transport belts, Underground Transport belts & Underground pipelines. When you place an underground belt, you can only place it in a horizontal or vertical position, not diagonal. The distance that you can place them apart from each other is great, but diagonal placements would be great. Example: lets say you have an oil storages located at points 'X':
--------------------------------------------------------X------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------X--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
... and you want to direct a pipeline connecting them (I don't know why you would want to). Well, you have to go down in a vertical line from the first one, then turn left and "pipe out" from there. I know, I know, you could just move one of them. Crisis, you can't. Because of all the other, belts, and junk you might have separating the two, so it would take a quit a bit of moving around to complete that. Well, if there were diagonal belts/pipelines, you could. I have my theory about that coming up. And here it is: Like already implemented in the game, you can rotate objects such as these (ex: belts) by pressing the 'R' key. Well, my suggestion is that you press 'R' to normally rotate these items, but can rotate them diagonally using 'Ctrl + R'. I have indeed read the sticky topic of how long and short, etc. your suggestion form should be, so I will not write anymore about this topic unless needed. E-mail me at [E-mail removed] if any additional info is needed. Thanks!
