[0.12.8][posila]When UI scaled down, progress bars are off

I use normally 85% because of my small laptop and it shows the research and fluid indicator bars incorrectly, probably electric (and maybe others that I can't think of at the moment) as well but can't really test that. Think it doesn't scale down the actual progress bar when the UI is scaled down.
