the inventory is sorted differently an it is confusing

It might be that i changed something but I just updated the game, loaded the map, opened my inventory as i usually did and i saw this

I think it's now sorted the same way the crafting window/tabs on the right are sorted, which makes sense, but still, i liked having ores and wood and stuff on top. I can live with this new sorting as well tho

The sorting indeed done as the recipe display uses. It was broken before and is now sorting correctly.

If you think it should be changed you're welcome to make a suggestion about it (or a simple mod could do it as well - but that would change the recipe display).

There is no way to make it configurable???

I mean I'm sure I will get used to it, but I dont want to get used to it

From what I understand sorting fix is needed because of multiplayer and desyncs. New version is more deterministic and change of order is a side effect.
