Mod idea to replace resource tracker mod

Make red/green wires attach to mining machines and pumpjacks, and output "amount left" as the signal.

The resource tracker is all well and good, but it's clunky and needs a code refresh badly. My silly "nixie tubes" setup for tracking resources once delivered by train made me wonder if I could track the amount of a resource "in the field" directly, using similar circuit based techniques. Not only would this fit the in-game paradigm better than the resource tracking mod, it would also give a much more responsive feedback on the resource tracking.

A co-tangent idea would be an item similar to the logistic combinator mod, that output a signal based on the resource field it was placed on. Then you could do %age type displays in-game, as well as coverage and rate of mining. That'd be fun I think :)

Basically resource monitor without gui, warnings and no support for oil/liquid resources

Hooking up miners/drills would be better, but needs proxy entities. Let's hope 0.13 adds some nice circuit stuff :D
