the DB thing (FYI and instructions from support)

To All who have been affected by today's database issues:

We have all data from the most recent backup, which was Thursday morning (cca 9:00AM CEST (GMT+2), Sept 3). If you have made any changes to your account between that time and Friday afternoon (cca 18:00PM CEST (GMT+2), Sept 4) when the DB got restored, it is almost sure they aren't saved in the database, so we will put them back in place manually. Please email us with details of what change you need with your account (creating, upgrading, ...). Please include: your username, your email address (if you purchased the game with other email than you registered your account with, please send us both!), and order ID if that's the case. (If you already wrote us with that today, you don't need to resend.)

NB! The hiccup affected ONLY user database. The records of purchases are untouched - so do not worry, all you have bought you will be able to use!

This manual editing may take some time, since it is ...manual, one user at a time, but during this weekend everything should be in place and working.
