Hi,

I did not find a post with this 'idea', so that's why I'm posting.

The one thing in the menu really bothering me is the placement of the Multiplayer button. First you have to click 'Play', then Multiplayer.

Of course this is not life-threatening, but the thing is, when a friend and I play together over a few days we need to save and load the game. Sometimes, my friend likes to 'cheat' and load a auto-save after dying as well. (to each their own)
We load the save game and I try to connect to it. Then this fails. Only after a short time we slap our foreheads and think - oh no, not again. Yes, the game was loaded from the Play menu and runs in single-player mode.

This is the issue why I would like the multiplayer button in the main menu, below 'Play'. (which could be renamed to Single(player).
Almost all games do it this way, and that's just because it works well I think.

As said before, this is not a big issue or even a medium priority, but I thought it was worth saying. Please don't hate me
