It seems pretty clear to me that the new goal of launching a sattelite is just a stepping stone to a whole new gameplay stage (if you came here by a spaceship couldn't it have dropped one off while it was in orbit? ) Anyway I think it would be awesome to send up an orbital ship yard that you must supply with resources and components to build an interplanetary spaceship so you can escape. Once you are ready to leave then you pop yourself in a rocket and blast off and the biters can live in peace again

Why would you want the to live in peace when you could have them in pieces on your shelves

So Biters are the next cows... interesting. I hope they eat trees though. Much beefier Biters.
