[Request] Empty Drill Notification

A simple idea, but I can't find anything like it. (The resource monitor mod only does entire deposits, not single drills)
When a drill runs out of ore to mine, a simple notification pops up
"A mining drill has a run out" It could even be improved to tell coords for the drill, but that's not necessary.
It's more useful in small factories/outposts, because with the really huge bases with hundreds of outposts, I'm sure this would go off almost constantly
