[0.12.2] Cant make new savegame

You cant make a new game, gives error: At least one tile type has to be allowed.
You also cant select the frequency, size and richness from ores.
Don't know if it matters, but I'm on windows 10

My guess is for some reason the 'base' mod got disabled. Try enabling it (in Mods in the main menu) and restarting.

Maybe there should be a bug report "Base mod sometimes gets disabled during update".
I got it too when upgrading to 0.12.0. It's simple to solve as a user, if you know what went wrong, but why should it happen in the first place?
