Tool-belt Hotkey

Does the toolbelt have a hot-key? If not, I would really appreciate one

A hotkey would be nice,
@Dakkanor tab is used for game dialogue, but you can configure pretty much any key under options so...

It does. By default it is X. But you can change it via the controls dialog.
