Train stuck planning to non-existent train stations

Hello!
I am currently on a Nullius playthrough, a modpack notorious for its byproducts, overflows and recycling possibilities.
In order to transition into a train-base, I've created a collection of non-LTN logistic train station blueprints. I won't get into the fine details but as a consequence, I have blueprints for parametrized train stations (Supply, byproduct supply, main demand and waste recycling). The parameter in the blueprints is always the item which the station will be serving. The supply stations also come with a train, whose schedule inherits the blueprint parameter to set which stations it will be serving. As the stations are self-enabling/disabling, I simply put all four in a row with 'cargo full/empty' conditions, in the assumption that a train would skip nonexisting stations within its schedule.
Now, as it turns out, trains do NOT skip stations that don't exist, and rather get stuck trying to plan a route to it. I've attached an image example.png to illustrate what I mean. The schedule we see is from the train circled in blue, who just finished unloading at the 'Demand' station (Red arrows). I would expect it to skip 'Byproduct' and 'Recycle' as they do not exist, and go to the 'Supply' (Green arrows) station. Instead, it says 'no stops with this name exists' (makes sense), but then decides it can not find a path to these non-existant train stops. (And removing the train stops that are not used in the group schedules is not an option, as they may become used later in the game, and there are hundreds of train groups that will be managed.)
I have included the blueprint book I am using, blueprint_book.txt. It is based on base 2.0.77 and Nullius 2.0.9, as well as my save file, though the bug should be reproducable in Vanilla Factorio.
