Cant start the game

Yesterday i tried to play on my PC and was getting this error. The issue is I haven't ever used any mods. Ive tried verifying the files, deleting and reinstalling thew game, updating all drivers, deleting specifically space age and reinstalling, nothing works. Yesterday I played fine on my laptop, and played on my pc 3 days ago. I managed to get it working then it would crash after a few minutes, now its back to this error. Wondering if anyone had this issue and solved it. Thanks in advance!
