Unmodded Space Age save. Game saved with the character at the outpost in question.

My uranium mining outpost has stopped working as it's complaining that it's missing a required fluid.

However the pipeline it's attached to has enough fluid - 2.94 is more than the required 1 per mining operation.

Thanks for the report however this is correct. Drills require 1 fluid per mining operation however they operate in batches of 10 operations at a time. This means the drill needs at least 10 fluid to start mining.
