Poles not forwarding electricity?

http://i.imgur.com/KNZOS2V.jpg - as you can see I have max electric demand on poles, but nothing is getting electricity. Any ideas what to fix? I tried it without XyLe electricity mod as well but same thing happened.

I think the save will be necessary.

I just figured it out ... 5dim logistic is breaking it somehow. Nothing gets electricity except for roboports from that mod. Im dumbass ...
