I have a request for magazines on the space platform "fulg" currently above Nauvis. There are available rockets and plenty of magazines on Nauvis, but it's not launching any rockets to send them. The bug is visible immediately on loading the game.

Switching the Platform to "Paused thrust" or sending it to another Planet / immediately returning to Nauvis fixes the issue: Good Luck!
